Disliked: The placed smelled terrible. The TV picture was fuzzy on some channels. The chair for the desk was way too low.

Disliked: Would not recommend! Very disappointing experience at Wingate by Wyndham – YorkI booked a room through Booking.com at a certain price, but when I arrived, they charged my card more than the amount listed in the reservation. The front desk staff couldn’t clearly explain the extra charges, and it left me feeling frustrated and misled.I also specifically asked to pay the deposit in cash, but they ignored my request and charged my card anyway. This was very important to me, and I’m extremely unhappy that my preference was disregarded without any proper explanation.The staff were unattentive and unprofessional — they acted like I was bothering them rather than being a welcomed guest. No effort to be helpful, no friendly attitude, nothing you’d expect from a hotel that claims to offer good service.Very disappointed. I will never stay at Wingate by Wyndham – York again, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Liked: Clean room, comfortable bed, lots of big fluffy towels, plenty of hot water, more amenities than I needed for a short stay.
Disliked: My brother couldnt make the trip to join me in York Pa for the big car show ..LOL.
