Don't stay here.

Disliked: The placed smelled terrible. The TV picture was fuzzy on some channels. The chair for the desk was way too low.

Liked: Comfortable and clean rooms; staff were friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't the greatest; bland.

A wonderful room!

Liked: The room was clean. I asked for a quiet room and I received that until my next door neighbors decided to have a discussion about having children at 230 am. The bed was comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: The staff was not as inviting as I would have liked. If I had to rate the staff during my stay, I would suggest re-onboarding the staff. Coach the staff that the guests are that...GUESTS. They should be top priority, not an inconvenience.

Liked: Excellent experience! Friendly, knowledgeable staff and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a great added bonus to staying at Wingate!

Exceeds expectations

Liked: This has become my go-to accommodation a north-south road trip. The rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast exceeds expectations every time. A HUGE safety plus for the hearing impaired is the in-room flashing fire alarm. We have a deaf family member and I take note of these precautions.

Starting to show some age.

Liked: Some of the hall carpeting is starting to show wear and stain. Great Staff.
