Liked: Didnt attend ended at 9 and was on a lower level
Disliked: The shower was not to great. The bathroom was small. I didnt like that the beds didnt have protective covers, the price was a bit much for not getting free Noahs Ark tickets as advertised on many sites.

Ehh

Liked: The woman at the front desk helped me out when I didn't have a physical debit card. That saved my vacation.
Disliked: I found an empty beer can in the room. The pillows sucked, and the water temperature in the shower was never good.

Liked: It was nice and clean and really enjoyed the juccuzi tub in our room

Liked: the water park for the kids.. I really liked that it was heated and not cold for them.
Disliked: we were told that Noah's ark park tickets were included in the price of the hotel. It was on the website and is main reason we chose this hotel. We were really upset that when we got there. It was a bait and switch situation. That was an expense we did not count on when we got there as there were 10 of us total. if it is on the website it should have been honored but it was not. The breakfast could have used some waffle and pancake toppings besides syrup. We had to ask for garbage and towels to be picked up and room was not cleaned at all during our stay.
