Liked: It was nice and clean and really enjoyed the juccuzi tub in our room

Liked: the water park for the kids.. I really liked that it was heated and not cold for them.
Disliked: we were told that Noah's ark park tickets were included in the price of the hotel. It was on the website and is main reason we chose this hotel. We were really upset that when we got there. It was a bait and switch situation. That was an expense we did not count on when we got there as there were 10 of us total. if it is on the website it should have been honored but it was not. The breakfast could have used some waffle and pancake toppings besides syrup. We had to ask for garbage and towels to be picked up and room was not cleaned at all during our stay.

Don’t book for the breakfast!

Liked: The front desk staff and the pool.
Disliked: Our room was dirty, there was hair in the shower, hair all inside the drawer of the nightstand. Spilled water on carpet and wiped it dry and towel was black. Drain in bathroom sink was clogged. Breakfast juice machine was out of service, breakfast was cold and lacked taste.

Disliked: The bathroom smelled, and it made the whole room smell.
