Disliked: The room was very dusty. Microwave was burned in the inside and was really old. When checked in waited approximately 10 mins because there was no one in the front desk. Hallway smelled like wet dog.

Disliked: There was no hot water or toilet paper in our room. It smelled moldy and the TV was ridiculously small. Really disappointed over all...

Liked: The night clerk was very nice and helpful. He brought up clean sheets in a timely manner. Customer service was a great first impression. The other issues doesn’t reflect our interaction with him.
Disliked: The sofa bed sheets were missing, until I found them in a pile in the closet. They had been used previously. Went to take a shower. Found a wash cloth hanging over the shower rod and a previous occupants hygiene items on the shower shelf. No clean towels. The only towels in the room were wadded up on the shelf above the cloths rack in the closet.
