Disliked: I spent 30Minutes after I got in lobby before someone showed up at desk. Then tv didn’t work. Room wasn’t cleaned. Nobody answered the phone when trying to call about tv

Poor

Liked: The location is the only positive thing about this property.
Disliked: The rooms were not very clean. Our beds were not made up every day or changed. New towels were not brought to our room. We had to ask for someone to change our sheets and bring us towels, only one bed was ever changed our entire stay and we had a double queen. We actually had friends that left that hotel and stayed somewhere else because it was not clean.

Liked: Its real nice calm and quiet
Disliked: My bed sheets was a little dirty some of the items inside the room did not work and the air conditioner was leaking water

Liked: We didn't stay long but time we stay we had a great time

Liked: I didn’t stay for the food due to horrible rooms.
Disliked: The rooms and the hotel haven’t had any upgrades nor training for those the work there.

Liked: Restaurant, Shopping and Great Staff

Bad

Liked: Easy to book and get to location. Staff I encountered were friendly and efficient.
Disliked: Had a horrible smell, like wet dog or not sure what. The facility when my family and I walked in smelled that way. The room carried the same pungent odors.

Need major update and repair....

Liked: Indoor pool
Disliked: Needs a lot of repair. Breakfast was horrible actually had a woman eating breakfast in her bra and panties. Staff said nothing. It was disgusting
