Ive been staying here for over 20 years. Went from an amazing Hotel to trashy. The pool room should be shut down. I fel

Liked: Nothing. This property has been run down. The staff was the only thing pleasant. Mgr, desk clerk and breakfast attendant 10 out of 10
Disliked: Cock roaches in the bathroom. Sheets dirty on king bed. Matress falling apart on pullout. Had white socks on that turned black by morning walking on carpet. Whiped coffee table off to eat dinner on and the napkins was black using sanitizer. Pool was over chlorinated, not heated and dirty. Hot tub no longer exists. Only one elevator worked. The staff was more than accommodating! The hotel itself has fallen to unsatisfactory. Thank you for the good years your establishment gave my family but I have to move on to a more hygienic chain.

Disliked: The overnight front desk person. Lance I need someone from upper management of this hotel chain to contact me IMMEDIATELY! This is my second attempt to try to get someone in upper management to contact me. My next step is to blast your hotel chain on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and anyone else who will listen. I am first giving you the opportunity to fix the problem.
