Disliked: No fitness center, no conference room, room didn’t lock properly, the bathroom soaps went empty, elevator is in need of service badly

Liked: The location
Disliked: It was dated and the common areas were not clean. The carpets in the hall were worn and dirty. We were there for 4 nights and were never asked if we needed clean towels etc. I didn’t expect the room to be cleaned but did expect someone to ask about towels

Liked: Location was good for our travel plans
Disliked: Musty smell, maybe even cigarette smoke smell, in room. Bathroom was tiny. Exercise room closed for repair. Needs a nook above toilet for towels and maybe mirror. Beds were too soft for my taste. Halls and reception area were dark, needs to be brightened up.

Disliked: The free breakfast got taken up by everyone else and the didn’t care to restock the food so other people could eat as well

Liked: Nothing much except the staff
Disliked: The bathrooms were not clean, the common areas were not clean. The toiletries were empty and they didnt filled it up.

Liked: The only decent thing about this property was the staff!!
Disliked: Hotel was sold out the first night of our stay. The TV and phone did not work in the room. This was a pain with two kids after a long day! The toilet seat was also broken. The front desk attendant was nice and apologetic and managed to get us switched the next morning. The property overall is very run down. The beds were clean and breakfast was manageable if you like a simple bagel and coffee. Probably wouldn't stay here again unless absolutely necessary.
