Not great. Won't be staying...

Disliked: I was charged twice. Once when I booked and again when I stayed

Good value for the money....

Liked: I booked a Queen room with two beds and they gave me a room with 1 queen bed b/c that's what Booking requested. I requested one with two beds, which they quickly changed for me. Very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: The bathroom is tiny. Housekeeping needs to be sure to close the door to sweep behind it and to find the towel hanging on the back left by the previous guest.

The room was nice but...

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The entrance of the hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. I didn’t like being right next to an elevator. There was not enough room to sit down and eat breakfast so I ate in my car.

Bad

Liked: Dirty and filthy
Disliked: Bed had visible stains, bathroom had hair. Room not cleaned

Ok, for the price paid.

Liked: Proximity to Kennywood and price.
Disliked: Run down in areas. There was garbage in the hallway near our hotel room door. Check in Staff told us breakfast went until 10:30, but it actually ended at 9:00.

Disliked: No breakfast before 9. And when I asked why they said closing soon. There was 5 other people that didn't get breakfast.
