Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Arrived approximately midnight and was given a keycard for the room. Got to the room and used keycard found out room was already occupied. Went back down stairs to get matter straightened. They overbooked the room and we were given another room. Hotel had free breakfast and both days we were there breakfast was cleaned up before nine, when breakfast was supposed to end. Hotel is dirty and not well kept. Shades in the room had holes and the room faced east. Bottom line. Worst hotel EVER!

Liked: Nothing u didn’t even stay there but you charged me … trying to get my refund is like pulling teeth….
Disliked: It had an abandoned car with flat tires and busted windows… the grass wasn’t cut. The curb appeal was horrible. And when I look at my room . It was mold on the ceiling (black spots) project doors that was not painted and my room smell like it’s been flooded.. I went right down stairs and told them I not stay here and demanded my refund .. But no answer or word … horrible how you treat people …

Liked: The breakfast was very good. However, they needed to have some water available for the guests.
Disliked: The bathtub didn't have a stopper. There was no water available in the eating room.

Disappointing

Disliked: Outside parking area of hotel was very dirty. When I gave housekeeping our linens, they didn’t have extra linens to give back we had to wait for them to wash our room specially and they can back dingy. Booked the suite with the private room, didn’t get that. Hotel was very disappointing. Pictures on sight are misleading

I didn't get much sleep....

Liked: Cleanliness. Toiletries.
Disliked: There were no curtains. There was a mesh screen. The building across from my room is well lit at night. Those lights were not dimmed because there were no curtains. Getting to sleep was extremely difficult and took hours. There were no comforters. Just a top sheet. Nothing other than a top sheet. I was very unhappy. The front desk offered this: I'll let someone know.
