Disliked: Checked out fine. Next day was charged an extra $150. Called to checked why. Was told smoking was in the room. I am a senior citizen,and I have a severe heart problem. I can not be around NO SMOKE. FIRE PIT,WOOD BURNING OR SMOKING. I LOOSE MY BREATH. MEDICAL HELP IS NEEDED. ALL BECAUSE MY GRANDDAUGHTER BOUGHT A VAPE OPEND THE PACKAGE IN THE ROOM AND THREW THE PAPER IN THE TRASH. SHE KNOWS NOT TO SMOKE ANY WHERE NEAR ME. SHE SPENT HER TIME OUTSIDE BY THE SMOKING AREA. THEY REFUSE TO RETURN THE DEPOSIT. I WILL NOT RESERVE ANOTHER ROOM ANY WHERE THE WINDOM COMPANY OWNS. ALSO WILL POST ABOUT MY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. HOE COME OTHER PEOPLE CAN THROW CIGARETTES & PACKES IN THEIR TRASH AND ARE THEY CHARGED. STAY WAS $342.02 INCLUDING A150 DEPOSIT. THEY TRIED TO TAKE ANOTHER $150. SOOVER $400.

Liked: The hotel and our room was very clean and modern. Very close to major roadways and easy to locate. The biscuits with gravy for breakfast was a first so that was nice.
Disliked: Not the hotel's fault, but a nearby fire at a recycling facility resulted in a huge drop in water pressure due to the fire department using the main water line to tend to the fire. It made it so the toilet couldn't be flushed if the shower or sink was recently used. We were able to find this out only.because we contacted the front desk asking if the loss in pressure was normal. I think the only thing that could have been done different was just letting guests know when they checked in as a heads up.
