Liked: Nicole was kind, patient and helpful during a rough time that my family and I were having. She accommodated us with a quiet area, and made sure to check in with us twice to make sure we didn’t need anything.
Disliked: I wish pool hours were longer. Closing at 7 pm is a little early.

Liked: Room was quiet and well lit with plenty of seqting other than just on the bed.
Disliked: The breakfast food was not as good as previous stays at this hotel.

Liked: The room was very nice and the location was very convenient for us. We did have an issue with the sink drain stopper, but maintenance resolved it quickly.
Disliked: The breakfast choices were a bit sparse, but given the room cost, the breakfast was fine.
