Disliked: The room wasn't clean only one towel not even a quarter of a roll of toilet paper

Liked: The convenience of the location compared to stores. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: Lack of toilet paper in the room. Not enough towels for the number of guests. The loudness of the doors slamming all hours of the night.

Housekeeping needs to step it...

Disliked: The bathroom wasn't exactly clean!!. A small used bar of soap was left in the shower from previous guest, and there was tiny shaved hairs on the counter top in the bathroom. Make me question if they had really cleaned the bathroom at all. Cleaning should be top notch, thats what guests are looking for and that will get my return business time and time again. We stayed 2 nights and housekeeping never checked or offered to service our room or if we needed trash removed or fresh towels. Housekeeping needs improvement!!!
