Disliked: Crappy staff. They don’t want to do anything. Everything was dirty. Asked for new sheets and they gave us dirty sheets with rice and food in it. The room was not cleaned I needed up having to clean it and wipe down everything on my own. Will not be coming back here. Disgusting

Disliked: I couldn’t get my tv to change channels at all and the hallways and rooms were much more dated than the lobby

Liked: Nothing it smelled molded the rooms are definitely very outdated I walked in and right out I liked to see the room before I stay in them it was really cold 🥶 on the floor when you got off the elevator that's how you can tell it is a moisture problem in the hotel they told me I couldn't get my money back so I will be building a case on this hotel because I didn't stay at all this policy is very unacceptable 😢 if you didn't like the room but I'm not giving up because that is not right taking people's money when they didn't like the room or even stayed in the room!!!!!!
