Liked: I like the amenities and the cleanliness.
Disliked: I didn’t like how the front desk handle a noise complaint. He received a noise complaint.he just assumed that it was me because I had 2 rooms with children. When I went down to let him my kids had been in the pool for a hour so it wasn’t them. He didn’t apologize just said next complaint we have to leave.

Liked: The breakfast food was 4 of 10 for us. The location was perfect we were less than 12 minutes from the golf course that hosted the charity golf tournament.
Disliked: The select of items for breakfast the eggs tasted like they were from a powder mix and the sausage tasted like vegan meat.

Holiday weekend away

Liked: Location was great and comfortable and welcoming. The staff were amazing and very friendly. Spacious room with a sitting area and both a refrigerator and a microwave. The bed was comfortable and there was a lot of lighting in the room. I LOVE the black make up face cloth plus make up wet wipes! They did accommodate a late check out with no additional fee which was great. Every staff was exemplary. There was an issue with my 3rd party booking and front desk manager Jovan and staff Sarah went above and beyond to accommodate my needs despite the issues and they showed great patience, grace and kindness throughout the situation! They were amazing!! Because of how they treated me I will likely stay here often when in the area!
Disliked: No bar soap in the bathroom Wasn’t able to steam the entire stay and there is limited programming and channels so that was inconvenient
