Was late for breakfast and a staff member got food for me. Needed a ride to and from First Niagra and was helped with that as well. Room was very clean both days and the location to nearby dining was great!

Meh minus.

Liked: Bed was reasonably comfortable.
Disliked: The hotel was dated and dirty. Mop sign stored in the elevator. Elevator was dirty. Room and bathroom doors didn’t fit the jams. They set crooked and scraped the floor. They appeared to be salvaged. Also, the 1980s called. They want their phone back. Overall the room wasn’t horrible. The fact that it was dated is forgivable. The fact that it wasn’t clean isn’t. The staff was great but the hotel felt “unloved.”

Liked: The location was good. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: The room was dirty. Carpets were filthy. Grout around tub moldy and in poor condition. Drains in bathroom very slow and sluggish. Light switch plates dirty. Telephone was filthy. Bathroom door would only shut half way and got stuck on floor.. The room should not have been offered to anyone. Room 316. Steubenville,Ohio
