Always satisfied with stays at Hampton Inns.

Liked: Swimming pool; clean rooms.
Disliked: It wasn't necessarily about the hotel but there was nothing around the hotel to do.

Was late for breakfast and a staff member got food for me. Needed a ride to and from First Niagra and was helped with that as well. Room was very clean both days and the location to nearby dining was great!

Liked: Staff; room; breakfast; computer; location.
Disliked: No hot tub.

Liked: Very clean; friendly staff; nice breakfast; very convenient to highway.

Unclean.

Liked: Easy to find.
Disliked: An open Redbull can was on the bathroom counter when we entered the room (wasn’t ours). Weird stains on the carpet that made it hard to feel comfortable. Also, no breakfast available after we were charged for breakfast.

Liked: Location is great, just across from university where we were attending a conference.
Disliked: The property needs a lot a of work. I remember when this hotel was built and it's gone downhill pretty quickly. Needs a good cleaning and updating.

Would not recommend.

Liked: It was close to the concert venue.
Disliked: The hotel had a very bad odor- the lobby smelled like cat urine and the hallways smelled moldy.

Next time I'll go elsewhere

Liked: Least expensive that we found... but, you obviously get what you pay for.
Disliked: Pool not available, breakfast so-so, room not freshened up/trash cans emptied, older tired hotel.I expected more from a hotel with the Wyndham name on it.
