Always satisfied with stays at Hampton Inns.

Liked: Swimming pool; clean rooms.
Disliked: It wasn't necessarily about the hotel but there was nothing around the hotel to do.

Was late for breakfast and a staff member got food for me. Needed a ride to and from First Niagra and was helped with that as well. Room was very clean both days and the location to nearby dining was great!

Liked: Staff; room; breakfast; computer; location.
Disliked: No hot tub.

Disliked: Phone in room was dirty ,bed looked like it was made in about 7 seconds, control vale in shower needs replaced

Liked: Continental breakfast. Everything was gone every time we tried to get some eggs or meat. We tried a few times both mornings

Disliked: cracked floor in bathroom and crack in bathtub. Dirty spots on carpet in room.

Great value and great location

Liked: I liked the all-day hot coffee and tea availability. Decent variety in cooked breakfast. The printing of files free of cost was a plus and the printouts were very good quality. The staff was all very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Some more variety in fruit would have been nice.
