Disliked: TV and a light didn't work. The lady said maintenance man left and ill.see what we can do. Didn't offer apologize or discount for anything. Never stay there again. You pay that kindness money everything should work and be clean

Liked: The facility was under construction and water was off so they booked us to the Springhill suites

Disliked: The stay was good but I had paid through booking.com and when checked in my credit card was charged again.

Not happy about not being...

Liked: Room was nice, beds comfortable
Disliked: We reserved ADA room but they actually had none. They told us we would get a shower chair but never brought it. The motel was under renovation. There was only cold breakfast in a cramped up room. If we had known this we would not have made reservations there.

Liked: Convenient
Disliked: The remodeling. The workers were outside our windows until 7 pm.They were also staying there and noisy during the night.

Liked: Even though they were working on the second floor my room was very clean and comfortable I left at 4 am and was able to eat a breakfast before I left
Disliked: No problems

Liked: It was a great location.
Disliked: The pool wasn’t open and it was rather pricey.
