Liked: My room was peaceful and quiet A/C working.
Disliked: All front desk staff was knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful , courteous and professional.However, on the 20th the toilet overflowed in my room at 3:00 am. I called, no one came I went down to the desk, no one was visible but I heard snoring. I reported the problem after going to knock on the staff door. I did not get anyone until 7:00 am. The maintenance man followed me up my son was using the bathroom. So he put the plunger down outside my and said I’ll be back never came back so used the plunger and unclogged the toilet and returned the plunger to him downstairs.The cleaning staff was incompetent and unprofessional. To date, my rom has only received 1 full service since my first check in although I made requests. My room has never been vacuumed. The bathroom has not been mopped since the overflow.
