For me it was perfect.

Liked: Classic Hotel Breakfast but the location was excellent for walking and bicycling everywhere. Internet was fast enough for work. Staff was available.
Disliked: The parking lot had people working on their cars and boats. A number of people "hanging out" as well. Location near social services.

Will never stay here again.

Disliked: Shower was cold. Assigned my king room to someone else so I ended up with 2 doubles. There were used sheets left on one of the beds when I arrived. There were lots of homeless people and people doing drugs around the property even in the morning. These homeless people would wander in and out of the property. There was no security so any of these people could walk into the building and up to the guest rooms.
