Liked: Great all around.

A pleasant comfortable stay.

Liked: All of the staff that I encountered were very pleasant and professional. The facility is well kept and very comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast fell well short of expectations - some variety of eggs and meats would have been welcome. Healthier (less sugar) varieties of cereal / granola would have been nice.

Excellent stay

Liked: the front staff, Kayla was so polite and accommodating to us..we made a last minute 3rd party reservation and it wasn't in the system by time we arrived and she kept looking for it (45 mins later) and we were able to wait in the lobby until it was ready. She even comped us some goodies from the essentials corner which was super above and beyond nice of her.
Disliked: the housekeeper opened our door and walked right in without knocking first while we were still in bed (was nowhere near checkout time) and just walked back out once people were noticed to be in the room still and never said a word to us or an apology even.

It was okay.

Liked: The large room and location of hotel.
Disliked: The sheets had multiple pieces of other peoples hair on them and the echo from the hallway (people walking by or closing their door) doesn’t allow you to sleep well.

Great value! Fit our needs...

Liked: Really liked the complimentary breakfast. Rooms were new, clean and generally comfortable. Not luxury but fabulous value. We used this same chain when visiting colleges with my daughter. Great overall value and appreciated that I could stay one night over the weekend.
Disliked: Everything was as advertised - which I appreciate
