Very disappointing experience.

Liked: the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Dirty bathroom floor and hair in the shower, and the ac unit in the room was making a disruptive high pitch noise, so I requested to move rooms which was very inconvenient with an infant, at 9pm at night. The pool was 'broken", the phone in the room didn't work, I was told the wrong time for breakfast so I missed it, and the wifi was down. The manager, Aman, was extremely rude and I had to insist that he even come out and talk to me. When he finally did I literally had to talk over him to explain what my issues were (he was busy trying to tell me why he was so busy). Very poor experience overall.
