Disliked: We killed 3 roaches in our room. We had to wait a half day to get clean towels after several asks. Pillows were not firm and uncomfortable. The breakfast wasn’t the best continental I’ve had.

Liked: The location of the property was convenient
Disliked: The furniture is old and outdated. The office chair in the room was torn in several places. The lighting in the room is very dim. When I called to ask for additional towels, I was told I could come to the front desk to get them myself because there was no one to bring them to the room. This property was chosen over another because it was rated higher for cleaning, however, this property was not very clean at all. The carpet in the elevator needed vacuuming for 2 days. This was not a good experience.
