I'm giving it 4 stars....

Liked: room was extremely good, breakfast was exceptional. The night shift clerk , Amanda went out of her way to help. as the door lock to my room froze when I came back late from a football game. She gave me the next room over as she worked for close to 2 hrs on the door to get it open to get my stuff out. which she had to take apart the lock. Apparently locks r outdated. but I appreciated her efforts and she discounted me $ off my stay. A big shout out to her
Disliked: I liked everything about this hotel. only issues is the door locks to room. But I was told those are being updated. I would recommend this hotel. I'll be staying there again

Liked: It was very good….especially the coffee. Great selection.

Superb

Liked: The hotel was clean and the service was very good. Really convenient and comfortable for pool and sauna use. The room was quite adequate and the bathroom amenities were sufficient.
Disliked: The bed in the room was very uncomfortable. Although the bed looked very high quality, it was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was included but there was almost nothing to eat for breakfast. There were always ready and packaged breakfasts. I did not like this at all.

Liked: Very clean facility and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby
Disliked: The TV did not have closed captioning capability. For someone with hearing problems, that is a crucial thing for us.

It was clean and comfortable.

Liked: The Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Bigger bars of soap would be what I would expect for a Wingate. The ones in the room were tiny.

A decent place to stay!

Liked: The staff were courteous and efficiently handled a billing issue.
Disliked: The property can get some upgrade to a more modern look.
