Clean Rooms, But the Worst...

Disliked: While the hotel itself was clean and the room was fine once we were finally allowed to check in, the customer service experience was absolutely awful and put a major damper on our trip.We accidentally selected the wrong date when booking (off by just one day), and the moment we realized it, we called—within 24 hours—to try and modify or cancel. What should have been a simple fix turned into a 4-hour nightmare on the phone during our vacation. We were transferred between departments, told different things by different people, and ultimately denied any change or refund.When we arrived in town, we went straight to the hotel hoping to resolve things in person. After all that stress, they finally let us stay—but not without charging us an extra $50 on top of the original rate. No apology, no empathy, just more stress.I’ve never dealt with such rigid, unhelpful hotel staff in my life. It felt like they cared more about squeezing money out of us than helping guests.Clean rooms or not, the way we were treated left a lasting negative impression. I would not stay here again.
