Wingate By Wyndham Niagara Falls

Fantastic room, not far from the American Falls and the Seneca Niagara Casino; clean; no problems.

Liked: Rooms were clean; convenient; breakfast was good.

Liked: I mostly liked that the nightly rate involved a complimentary hot breakfast which included two types of eggs, ham, pancakes, toast, cereal, juice and fresh fruit.
Disliked: I booked a room with two Queen size beds but I found that one of the room keys I was given did not work for my door. If one of the key cards was for access to the pool/lounge or other area of the hotel then this was not made clear to me. However, as I was staying by myself at the hotel, the fact that it is possible only one of my keys worked was fine with me and it is also possible that had I been staying with a family member or friend that I would have been given an additional set of key cards.

Liked: The overall cleanliness of this hotel was striking! Great customer service.

Overall the hotel was very clean and nice. Just disappointed in in not getting the type of room I reserved.

Liked: The hotel was very nice. Apparently the hotel was built last year and it shows with the décor.
Disliked: Nothing was bad besides the fact that I did not get the room that I reserved through ConcertHotels.com. The hotel said they could not guarantee 3rd party reservations. I was very disappointed at that.

Liked: I really liked the location of the hotel during my stay in Niagara Falls, NY. The room was spacious and comfortable
Disliked: I didn't really enjoy the breakfast. As a vegetarian and mostly time vegan, there weren't many options available. They could have at least included oatmeal — it would have been very easy to offer some instant oatmeal. That would have been really great.

Disliked: Dirty alot of broken items. Was there in sept 2024 and it was alot cleamer.

I most likely won't stay...

Liked: Its nice they had breakfast, hotel was clean, staff was nice.
Disliked: The noise was bad, you could hear everything from rooms around you. And the curtains didn't block street lights

Disliked: When checking in we were told breakfast was till 11 am. We went down at 10:15 am and were told it was over but we could have what was left and the food was cold and the lady was kinda rude . Also check out is at 11 am and house keeping started banging on the door hollering house keeping at 9:30 am . We were still sleeping seeing as we arrived at 12:30 am .
