Fantastic room, not far from the American Falls and the Seneca Niagara Casino; clean; no problems.

Liked: Rooms were clean; convenient; breakfast was good.

Liked: I mostly liked that the nightly rate involved a complimentary hot breakfast which included two types of eggs, ham, pancakes, toast, cereal, juice and fresh fruit.
Disliked: I booked a room with two Queen size beds but I found that one of the room keys I was given did not work for my door. If one of the key cards was for access to the pool/lounge or other area of the hotel then this was not made clear to me. However, as I was staying by myself at the hotel, the fact that it is possible only one of my keys worked was fine with me and it is also possible that had I been staying with a family member or friend that I would have been given an additional set of key cards.

Liked: The overall cleanliness of this hotel was striking! Great customer service.

Overall the hotel was very clean and nice. Just disappointed in in not getting the type of room I reserved.

Liked: The hotel was very nice. Apparently the hotel was built last year and it shows with the décor.
Disliked: Nothing was bad besides the fact that I did not get the room that I reserved through ConcertHotels.com. The hotel said they could not guarantee 3rd party reservations. I was very disappointed at that.

Liked: The breakfast was very good and well-stocked. The location is very good, as it's very close to the Falls, so you can easily walk there. The room is large and has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, and ironing board.
Disliked: The floors in the rooms are very light, so when you walk upstairs, there's a horrible noise from below. We had some upstairs guests running from one side to the other, and the noise was infernal. The bed next to the window is very, very close to the air conditioner, so you can't get out of bed comfortably, and the air hits you directly on that side of the bed—horrible. The pool was a disappointment; the place is super hot, like a sauna, and the water is cold. I was going to have a heart attack.

Liked: The room design was excellent. Hotel reception manager was very helpful. She helped to get cleaning done faster for us.
Disliked: Room cleaning could have been done better. There was food left in the refrigerator which we had to throw.

Location is the plus point

Liked: Location (closer to attractions) of the property is superb.They managed to offer reasonable breakfast even though the breakfast area is really crowded.
Disliked: Room and facilities are old and not functioning properly. Bathroom is not clean TV is there whereas it's not working.
