Wingate By Wyndham Niagara Falls

Fantastic room, not far from the American Falls and the Seneca Niagara Casino; clean; no problems.

Liked: Rooms were clean; convenient; breakfast was good.

Liked: I mostly liked that the nightly rate involved a complimentary hot breakfast which included two types of eggs, ham, pancakes, toast, cereal, juice and fresh fruit.
Disliked: I booked a room with two Queen size beds but I found that one of the room keys I was given did not work for my door. If one of the key cards was for access to the pool/lounge or other area of the hotel then this was not made clear to me. However, as I was staying by myself at the hotel, the fact that it is possible only one of my keys worked was fine with me and it is also possible that had I been staying with a family member or friend that I would have been given an additional set of key cards.

Liked: The overall cleanliness of this hotel was striking! Great customer service.

Overall the hotel was very clean and nice. Just disappointed in in not getting the type of room I reserved.

Liked: The hotel was very nice. Apparently the hotel was built last year and it shows with the décor.
Disliked: Nothing was bad besides the fact that I did not get the room that I reserved through ConcertHotels.com. The hotel said they could not guarantee 3rd party reservations. I was very disappointed at that.

Can’t beat the location

Liked: Excellent location -was able to walk to Falls and Canada. Only used car to go to mall and grab lunch one day.
Disliked: Limited breakfast options. It would have been nice to have cinnamon and raisins for the oatmeal.

Liked: The huge bed and clean room. The bathroom could have been cleaner but it was ok.
Disliked: The food for the breakfast. We don't eat pork. There was only sausage and bacon. No bagels or fruit or yogurt.... No Waffles!

Very very average. Nothing special.

Liked: The beds were very comfy and the location was perfect.
Disliked: The safe wasn’t working (no battery) our key cards didn’t work when we first checked in, had to go back to reception. We tried to check in 30 mins early and staff told us it was shift change so come back in a while (even though in 30 mins was our check in anyway) there was a hair on one of the bottles in the shower.
