Good , convenient stay for...

Liked: The breakfast was good. The eggs were a bit different but ok. A good variety.
Disliked: The location was fine but it was quite a ways from any restaurants. So after traveling for hours we had to drive again to get food . There were fast food closer but we were looking for a bit more.

Superb

Liked: The hotel was in the process of a remodel. The lobby and the breakfast area looked new and very nice.The room was clean and looked new. The front desk attendant was very polite and friendly. We will stay here again when we come back to the area.
Disliked: We went down to breakfast at 9:40. Breakfast was finished at 10. There was hardly anything left, and there was only 1/2 cup of coffee. The tables were all dirty, and the trash was overflowing. The breakfast atrendant didn't show up till 10 to cleanup. A guest asked if he could get something. She replied that breakfast was over at 10. Sorry, I can't. I just didn't think that was very professional. Especially since we didn't see herfor almost 20 minutes.

Excellent location in cultural district

Liked: Exceptional location across the street from park & walking distance to wide variety of restaurants & shops in cultural district.
Disliked: Valet parking $44 or across the street $36 but you have to be out by 8am.

Liked: Room was clean and plenty of space for us. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff was very nice.
Disliked: Room was a bit warm for our liking, and we couldn't get the thermostat to work, but it was great other than that. Breakfast was a bit mediocre for a hotel of similar nature, and I wish they had the usual scrambled eggs instead of egg patties, but it was fine, overall.
