Liked: The bed was comfy.
Disliked: 've been staying at this hotel for years, and the new owners have not invested any effort into this accommodation, particularly in terms of cleanliness. Additionally, there are no extras like a hair dryer in the room, a non-functional coffee maker with decaf only, and wasteful tiny plastic bottles of Dove shampoo. Only one staff member is available to check in and answer phones. Not safe! Got the room key and walked in on a person and a dog that were also assigned that room. Never again.

Liked: The bathroom was very spacious and easy to maneuver my walker
Disliked: Lighting was minimal, broken office chair, no body towels were placed on the racks, the carpet tracks bolts were sticking up and it poked up into my feet as I was walking from the bed into the bathroom. The location of the building is very eerie and I felt very uncomfortable with the surroundings as if it were an abandoned warehouse with no feeling of being welcomed.

Disliked: When we arrived the rug was wet and smelled of bleach or some kind of carpet cleaner and the air conditioner was on full blast, meaning it was very cold. Breakfast was good, sausages and potatoes, but no eggs.

Disliked: Nice sized rooms and ease to make great. The cleaning is terrible. the room was very dirty and dust all over the place when we arrived. I had to change my clothes after dust everywhere. We change room after 24 hours and the second was little bit better but dust here and there. all mirrors dirty after bad cleaning. We asked 3 times for cleaning and vacuum cleaning and only we got was clean towels. The room was never cleaned properly all our stay. We had to clean our self sinks and toilet. I think the staff is ruining the reputation of this hotel.
