Disliked: No staff working and really need a fixer upper

Passable

Disliked: The heating/ cooling system was smelly. Soundproofing was not good as I could hear very clearly vehicles honking outside. The receptionist was not so friendly, she kept talking phone for a while although a few guests were waiting.

Liked: Overall, a decent hotel, excellent beds, nice lobby, room was clean.
Disliked: Elevator, stairwells, and hallways need sanitizing, bad smells everywhere.Lots of scraps of garbage in hallways and stairwells and elevator, lots of random stuff stored in hallways.Terrible cooked offerings for breakfast, dry powdered eggs, greasy sausages, etc.Attendant at front desk totally messed up our billing, didn't pay any attention and didn't process credit card as clearly instructed in person. Very uninterested attitude.

Disliked: The staffing at check in was not personable and seemed like she didn’t want to be there.

Disliked: It claims to be “Dog Friendly. It is “DOG DEADLY”!

We liked our one night...

Liked: The room size was large and the bed was comfortable. We set the room temp to what we like and it was perfect. The free breakfast was excellent and lots of variety. Free parking and it was close to Mt. Vernon and the tulip festival.
Disliked: Did not have any kind of blanket or coverlet. The insert was like two sheets. We slept well despite the bedding, just wish there was something more on the bed.

Surprised i made it out...

Liked: Thought I was going to get murdered.
Disliked: Dirty. Disgusting. Filthy. Super sketchy. Holes in walls. Stains everywhere. No heat.
