I booked this room on my personal credit card for business. When checking out I asked for a copy of my receipt so that I could be reimbursed. The man at the front desk stated that I would receive it via email. After waiting 4 days for that email, I called the hotel and was told that because I used a 3rd party I would have to contact them. I was given a contact number to reach out to them. After speaking to that person I was then told to contact a 3rd party. Needless to say I haven't received a copy of my receipt yet. I would stay away from this hotel in the future and use some other hotel.

Liked: Staff is always friendly and accommodating. We have been stopping at this location to rest mid-trip when visiting family, and on the return trip home for years. Located really close to Baumhower's, which is another must on our trips. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There is an outdoor pool, and indoor exercise room. Free breakfast.
Disliked: No complaints! Love this hotel.

Disliked: The front desk staff was rude and unorganized. They treated customers as if they were annoyed to wait on them.
