I booked this room on my personal credit card for business. When checking out I asked for a copy of my receipt so that I could be reimbursed. The man at the front desk stated that I would receive it via email. After waiting 4 days for that email, I called the hotel and was told that because I used a 3rd party I would have to contact them. I was given a contact number to reach out to them. After speaking to that person I was then told to contact a 3rd party. Needless to say I haven't received a copy of my receipt yet. I would stay away from this hotel in the future and use some other hotel.

Liked: I liked everything about this property EXCEPT I could smell smoke from someone else 's room inside my room. I thought all non-smking rooms were on the same floor. But it smelled like someone was smoking in my bathroom
Disliked: The time it took to check in was a bit long. I dont agree with charging $50.00 for a cleaning fee even if it is refundable.

Disliked: I got 2 rooms they charged me $50 a night for each room. For deposit that I never received back plus in one room the tv didn’t work and they would not give me a discount for that
