Liked: The lobby and breakfast was good. Front desk service was great. The ride to the port was great and great price.
Disliked: The rooms need new carpet and better lighting. The bathroom is very dark. The wait for the pick up from the airport was to long and we were given the wrong pick up spot. It looks like it's a break down between the van company and hotel. We waited any hour and had to run down the van and the driver was rude.

Liked: It was in a good area.
Disliked: The room was dirty, bed sheets had hair and smelled like someone ran a marathon and went straight to bed. We were locked out for 4 hours without our baggage. Moved to another room and once again the sheets were dirty and smelly. The carpets are completely black due to the amount of dirt they have. We asked for clean sheets and they smelled like they had been washed years ago and stored in a wet basement. When we were locked out the lady at the front desk told me to make sure I get a day off my bill for being locked out for so many hours. We were locked out from 8 pm to 1230 am. The day of checking out they didn't reimburse us they gave me a $15 discount. I do not recommend this hotel. The pictures you see have nothing to do with their reality.

Liked: The room is large with a small kitchen. it is nice. We only booked the room for few hours before getting our flight. So it was fine.
Disliked: The cleaning quality was unsatisfactory. There were visible stains on several light fixtures and surfaces on the desk. Additionally, the bed appeared poorly made, which raised concerns about whether the sheets had been changed since the previous guest. Since we weren't planning to sleep there, this wasn't a major issue for us. However, if we had intended to stay overnight, we would have requested a different room.

Decent for value

Liked: I enjoyed the guy at the bar. He was kind and delivered my food to my room.
Disliked: I didn’t like that I booked this room with the expectation of using the EV charger as it was a giant part of my planning and is for most EV drivers. Once I got there I was greeted by two ICE vehicles in the spot I inquired and to my finding the front desk agent stated that the chargers were out of commission. She was very nice so I didn’t push the subject. Unfortunately it caused inconveniences for me because I had to adjust my schedule around having to charge my vehicle when it should have just been charging during my stay as listed.
