Nothing like taking a shower...

Liked: Property was nice
Disliked: We arrived on Thursday and left on Sunday the shower water wouldn’t get hot and I let staff know of this issue. They said they would check it out. Me and my travel partner took cold showers from when we arrived till we checked out 4 days worth. Then when checking out I asked if I could get a discount on my stay or compensation for the bad experience and the lady said you should have told me. I explain I told the gentleman working behind the counter and she said because I didn’t notify her of it that all she could do was put in the notes to get it fixed for the next occupant. Also we were in a non smoking room and it stunk the who time from neighbors smoking marijuana .

Liked: Hospitality at its finest! The staff are friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist

Very good

Liked: The beds are very comfortable. The king size room has everything you would need. The staff is very friendly. I loved the provided Dove toiletries and that the coffee machine is available at all hours in the lobby.
Disliked: I did notice occasionally small brown bugs. The lobby furniture shows signs of being worn.

Rooms are not worth the...

Disliked: The Bedding for the sofa sleeper was nasty and they did not have any extra blankets or pillows. The breakfast was not eat able at all. The rooms had a damp smell and the desk chairs were very, very old and worn out.
