Not worth it

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The workers had horrible attitudes, the comforter on the bed was ripped I found out about because my 1 year old got a mouth full of stuffing from it, there was no working vending machines so we had to leave to get drinks, we tried Denny’s since it was in the hotel but the drinks had no carbonation so they tasted horrible and the food was dry and nasty we took maybe 3 bites and felt sick and threw our food away, we ordered a double room so we would have 2 rooms connected but was told that someone else had it reserved and had to wait until late that night to explain to them that it was still empty that the reservation on it was us… breakfast was horrible literally granola bars that expired 2 months prior and a pan of gravy and no drinks served with the non edible breakfast there was even an older couple there trying to find a worker to ask about it and was having no luck because well the workers were never anywhere to be found and when someone was able to find them they didn’t know how to do their job and gave horrible attitudes.

Liked: Breakfast was not very good. No variety. Drinks were Coffee or Apple juice - that was it. Fruit was a banana
Disliked: Room was not very clean. Trash left in room. We had a non smoking room but apparently the exit down from our room is where everyone including staff went to smoke with the door cracked open.

Passable

Liked: At least the TV and the door locks work
Disliked: Trying to get the elevator to get up to the room or get down from the room low class homeless and Street people hanging about the breakfast area was mediocre in the place rates a 3.7

Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast was bad unfortunately, place is just run down looking.

Disliked: the elevators did not work and the pool wasnt open was a weekend trip for swimming taking kids alone and breakfast was awful there was miles on the bread and muffin

Liked: Nothing!! When I arrived at 130am there was no desk clerk, however there was a phone number to call. After calling and the clerk called me back from another hotel, he was unable to locate the person on call he instead had a hotel guest of 7 months come to
Disliked: Assist me with making my room key, unable to successfully make it, I was then given the master keys to get into my room with instructions to have it down to the desk before 9am..after finally getting into the room around 3am, I was UNABLE to take a bath

Bad

Disliked: The rooms was dirty tub was a mess furniture falling apart

Spend a little more and...

Disliked: Spend more and stay somewhere else. The room I was in was partially updated (had a new bed, armoire, and dresser/desk. But the bathroom needed updated. There was a dried water pocket on the ceiling of the bedroom where a room from an upper floor had leaked. There was mold/mildew on the bedroom wall shared with the bathroom. There was no breakfast that the site says there is and the hallways weee dirty, dark, and full of ceiling falling down due to water damage.

Liked: it had heat but it was so loud. It had a tv but the remote wouldnt let you change the channel.
Disliked: even the front door is broke insted of fixing the auto slide doors they bolted handles on to them and you just pull hard or push hard to use---that says it all for this place.... avoid this one there are better options close.
