Liked: Front desk lady at check in was nice.
Disliked: The front desk lady was very nice and she was as upset as we were that check in was an hour and a half late. There was a line of people waiting for rooms. And when we got to our room is was not the one advertised. There were dirty socks from the last occupants on the floor. We reserved a room for four adults and two children there were two clean towels in the room. We had to ask two different people for the bedding for the pull-out couch. At breakfast the eggs were dry and everything was kind of cold. The young woman was nice that was taking care of the breakfast area but the front desk manager kept coming over and getting in the way of people trying to get their food. I’m not sure why she was doing that the area was clean.

Staff is beyond rude

Disliked: The staff were absolutely obnoxiously rude. I called after my stay to get my booking confirmation number and the woman said I did not stay there despite having just checked out a few days before, she then hung up on me. I called back and another woman answered telling me again I did not stay there. I asked why they hung up and she argued she did not. Both were incredibly dismissive and angry in tone. I asked for the managers info and she said she’s gone, I was finally able to get her email address. I called back to get the names of the 2 women I spoke to and when I asked she said “hold” and left me for 5 mins. I finally hung up. Disgusting behavior
