Liked: Virtually nothing except for checkout. Fire doors kept slamming and people were smoking in the top floor stairwell next to our room. Clerk was away from desk about 15 minutes when I went to inform them and had left door to office open with a purse in plain view and about 3 groups of people waiting to check in. Clerk advised she was on duty alone and obviously overwhelmed and understaffed.
Disliked: Breakfast items were cold on both days and attendant was seated watching TV vs. ensuring food was kept hot/warm. Scrambled eggs were cold and floating in water and meat items were cold and undercooked. Shower in room had black mold visible at corners of enclosure, handle fixtures were loose and only 3 hangars were found in closet. Closet had musty smell and we found it was because housekeeping had not checked to see if water had been left in the steam iron and it was half full of smelly water.
