Liked: Breakfast was hot and nice
Disliked: Rooms not together, no roll away, once we got the roll away it was broken and the sheets had someone else's hair on them. Carpets in hallway were damaged and could cause a tripping hazard. Bathroom floor not clean and kickboard was dirty and coming off wall. Staff at front desk appeared sloppy dressed and were not friendly. Trash cans outside door were overflowing and wind was blowing everywhere.

Disliked: I was supposed to have a mountain view and did not. The dresser drawers were hard to close. The TV cable kept disconnecting. The lamp light bulb was burnt out. Window didn't close properly so we could hear wind and people outside.

Liked: First off, cleanliness!! Everything was clean, the lobby, room, pool, all of it!! Breakfast was very good as well!! Liked the variety and loved the breakfast potatoes!!
Disliked: Honestly don’t have anything bad to say.

Liked: It was convenient. Lots of restaurants and a mall nearby. It was close to our son's house
Disliked: They gave us these very small pillows to sleep with, very uncomfortable. The breakfast was good, but it was the same every day: scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, and make your own waffles. It was clean and plentiful, but they should have varied it. A lot of hotels have warm cookies in the afternoon.

Disliked: Front desk staff was ok. The breakfast staff couldn’t or wouldn’t speak English when asked where to find platesAlso had to go out to buy a charger block. Haven’t had to have a block for last several trips we took
