Good for a short stay...

Liked: The room was nice people are nice
Disliked: Clean the beds and have a better breakfast. Fix the equipment in the fitness room cause almost all of the equipment doesn’t work.

Front desk staff was exceptional.

Nice Hotel with bed bugs.

Liked: It was a nice hotel. It appeared clean and the room was visually very nice. The staff was also very nice.
Disliked: We were there due to XCEL shutting off our entire neighborhoods power due to the high wind. We checked in a little after 8pm. It was an extremely stressful day and night. We climbed into bed around 11pm and there were bed bugs. Fully disgusted! The night clerk was very kind and immediately got us a new room. But again had to pack everything up to make that move. I was told that management was told. I have not yet received any communication from the hotel, and I feel that some, if not all monies should be refunded.

Liked: Hotel location, the front desk girl that checked us in was very nice.
Disliked: The shower had stains in it as well as both bed comforters. The pool was extremely small. The hot tub was cold, while the pool was freezing.
