Liked: Facilities were clean.
Disliked: Key did not open outside door to the pool or side. Lady just walked on in without knocking saying we were supposed to be checked out. It was 9 on our first of 2 mornings. When I mentioned it, the lady at the front just said OK. It is not OK.

Liked: Breakfast and comfortable rooms.
Disliked: That they take a incident fee and it comes off then but takes four days to get it back. That's money I can't use on my vacation

Very nice room for our...

Liked: Very clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The room was spacious. The breakfast had a good selection to choose from. The staff was helpful.

Liked: The morning breakfast and snack bar was very accommodating!
Disliked: A small item of linen was dirty upon entering the room. Wasn't an issue, overall the housekeeping service was great!
