Liked: Location to Q103 bus. There could had been a bit more food for the free breakfast, but was glad for the microwave and ice machine in the common area. Considering going again now that I'm familiar with the surrounding neighborhood.
Disliked: Would had been Equal Sugar for the tea (Fortunately I had some packed with me). Not everyone like Splenda.

Liked: Very nice new, clean hotel. Just five minutes from the subway and two stops from Manhattan. Room was clean and big enough for four. Bathroom was spacious, too.
Disliked: Breakfast is only very basic. Some bagels, toasts, scrambled eggs, yogurt. Neighborhood is not very nice but we felt safe even when we came to the hotel late at night.

Liked: Farina the customer service was very helpful, also, the place had pretty good breakfast and water available always it was nice

Liked: Was so clean and smelling nice, also the front desk called me later on if everything was ok. The people in front desk were so polite and nice.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The staff were helpful and friendly. Room service was daily. It was lovely to return to a clean room everyday.
Disliked: The location was not the best but nevertheless, I never felt unsafe
