Not sure I would come...

Liked: The room is good and clean. 2min walking to the Qeensbridge subway station
Disliked: Breakfast does not have many options and the seating area was very small for the amount of guests staying in the Hotel.Safety issues. That area of queens seems unsafe. There are people selling drugs on the nearest street. Might be only weed, but I will not stay in this area in the future.

Superb

Liked: Close to city centre and good value for money. The bed was comfortable but not over 200 cm as advertised. The service was extremely organized and staff friendly.
Disliked: Some accessories did not work properly like tap or power sockets. The breakfast was unhealthy American cuisine but I understand it is standard. Overuse of plastic dishware.

Everything was perfect: the hotel is spotlessly clean and ideally located from Manhattan, which made it very convenient to explore the city.But what impressed me the most was the kindness and exceptional professionalism of the staff. Every team member was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. You truly feel welcome from the very first moment.I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!
