Wonderful hotel and staff!

Liked: The staff was very kind and helpful, we enjoyed our stay there and felt safe inside the hotel. My family had nothing but good things to say about the stay as well. The breakfast was convenient and one less expense to worry about during our stay. It only took us about 20 minutes to get to the NYPL including walking to the subway! Also the price was better than what you’d find in the city and worth it because it didn’t take too long from our hotel to get there.
Disliked: Outside of the hotel the area was a little sketchy but not too bad. I’d probably stay here again!

Liked: Front desk employees where all very helpful.
Disliked: The commute to the city and back and forth. But even that wasn’t so bad. Maybe a 20 minute subway ride

Liked: The comfort of the bedI appreciated the fact that coffee was made available to guests throughout the day.
Disliked: The room I was assigned faced a noisy street with music playing until very late at night, even though I had specifically requested a very quiet room, given that my stay lasted 9 nights. During my stay, I also sent a message asking for the room to be changed, and I reported an issue with the Wi-Fi, but I never received any response from the hotel—not even a respectful acknowledgment—leading me to believe that once you’ve paid for your stay, you are no longer important to the hotel. The breakfast was industrial, repetitive, and without the slightest variation.
