Wingate by Wyndham Lima Downtown

I want to definitely return to this hotel when there is a concert I want to see at the Civic Center! So convenient. No driving, parking fees, or dealing with the weather!

Liked: The convenience to get to the concert. And then, best of all, how easy it was to get back!
Disliked: I wish that hotels would install shower stall handrails/handles in their bathrooms. I understand it's an extra cost to do, but helps with the guests' safety.

Disliked: Rear entry badge reader didn't work was standing in the rain waiting for staff from office to come manually let me in. I had to phone office, they apparently had it happen before and also, I wish they could add Grits packets like oatmeal packets for breakfast.

Bad experience

Liked: Something bad happened to me at this hotel. I stayed two nights and when I checked out I left a ring Igot from my mother (who passed away two years ago), something that has a lot of sentimental value. The hotel simply said they couldn't find it. It’s not what you'd expect to happen at a hotel like this. Disappointing.
