We are grateful for our...

Liked: Very clean, sweet staff working front desk when we arrived that helped me to book the room. I did it on the road and we got there very early in the morning hours so I had booked two rooms. The lovely lady upfront helped me to book one room and saved me some money as well. Very appreciative of her!
Disliked: The only issue we had was our toilet clogging constantly. I left a note with the staff about it as light hearted as possible. We enjoyed our stay but that was a minor inconvenience.

Liked: When I first checked in (Christmas day) I discovered the bolt lock wasn't working properly. Josh, an off-duty maintenance guy who happened to be there, came right away to fix it. That led to another door issue, which he also fixed, and quickly.
Disliked: The bathroom mirror lights weren't bright enough. They were more like warm room sconces than lights needed to apply makeup (or shave).

Liked: friendly staff, great complimentary breakfast, quiet location
Disliked: bed was rather uncomfortable, had to walk through smoking customers at front door.
