Liked: I liked the luxury look of the place at first glance. When you look around though, it's in rough condition
Disliked: When we first arrived, I was charged a deposit that was not mentioned anywhere. Then they put us into a filthy room and we had to switch rooms. The guy at the front desk was accommodating but not very friendly.

Disliked: I was charged a $30.00 for blood that was on the blanket or sheet prior to my stay and when explaining this to staff I was ignored and made fun of and a refusal to refund my money.

Liked: they didn't return my deposit 100
Disliked: after may the card was used to make a purchase of 2,660 ani scammers hotel took a photo of my card and scanned it through an ATM

Liked: We got up to our rooms and they were filthy. Blood stains, hair, crumbs in the beds, garbage in the floors, toe nail clippings on the floor and makeup smears on the bed. We didn’t even stay because it was so disgusting!
Disliked: Nothing, it was totally sketch just pulling up to the place. Very dirty, and unkept

Liked: Rooms were clean, and comfortable Service was quick, and friendly

Liked: The breakfast good!!!!Outside of rooms in lobby was nice.They lady working early, I believe, very polite & could understand what she was saying, very nice
Disliked: The young man at check in, didn't speak english very well. He was low voice & & hard to understand.....He was fine, until I had to ask him 3 times to repeat him. I'm not racist, maybe if HE SPOKE LOUDER. IT MIGHT HELP TO UNDERSTAND
