Absolutely horrible experience, staff, and...

Liked: There was not much I liked. We had an awful experience
Disliked: My family got there late at night and the guy at the desk could not check us in. We had to wait 20 minutes for someone to do so. Once we got to our room there was no A/C, no toiletries, towels, etc. When I went back to the desk the person that was able to check me in was 'getting food' and we had to wait another 30min before someone (not the original person) finally decided they could give me a room. The room we got was marginally cleaned - there was a stain on the bed, but we were taxed at that time and did not complain. We got up the next morning, had breakfast, and left. This place was absolutely horrible!

Liked: The bed was decently comfortable
Disliked: The breakfast was gross and the room was hot. The pool wasn’t open when we checked in at 4 and when we came back to the hotel at 10:30 it was closed already, we didn’t get to use it at all. The room was 88 degrees and only went down 2 degrees by the time we went to bed.

Liked: Beautiful location and the hotel was top notch I definitely recommend!
Disliked: Everything the pool was clean the rooms were clean and comfortable we loved our stay here

Liked: Great room at a great value. Loved the pool. Our stay was quiet and we didn't get bothered once!
Disliked: Pool hours, they seem pretty limited
