Exceptional

More than disappointing; downright disgusting.

Liked: They accommodate pets. Good location.
Disliked: Just about everything else you want in a hotel. The grounds were littered with beer bottles, trash, cigarette butts, etc. I spoke with management who pretended to be shocked and assured me it would all be cleaned up 'in the morning'. Three days later, nothing was cleaned up. Many people hung out in cars with their doors open in the parking lot. The pool was closed the majority of the time I was checked in and that was the reason I chose this hotel. Staff accessed my room everyday without my request, only replacing one or two towels, but no cleaning, no making the bed. A bottle of perfume I had on the bathroom counter went missing. I checked out on May 30th and I have yet to receive my deposit back. The breakfast was the exact same items every day I was there and I truly believe the crockpot of gravy was never once cleaned; it was filthy. Very few items but one look at the serving pieces and counter tops, I passed. Wyndham should revoke this properties credentials.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good and the pool looked very nice even though we did not get a chance to swim. I also liked there was a gym to enjoy.
Disliked: The only thing I did not like during our stay was that every morning Early in the morning around 7am a car alarm would go off. And not just one time and be done it would repeatedly go off over and over. Then I came to notice that the van whos alarm kept going off belonged to staff and was parked right at the front door. This happened every morning leading me to believe it was not an accident. Also on Sunday morning they were playing very loud obnoxious religious music in the breakfast hall and also from the car that the alarm is usually going off.

Disliked: The bed sheets and pillows did not smell clean. They smelled like body odor. The shower was dirty and rusted. The TV, fridge, and microwave did not work bc the outlet they were all plugged into was blown. The 2 employees at the front desk were talking loudly all night and we could hear it from our room. Overall very poor experience and would not stay again.

Liked: It was nice hotel with clean rooms.
Disliked: I didn't get all of my deposit back because of a small accident from my pet on the sheets but that's what the pet deposit is for. And they said something was broke and they took pictures of whatever it was, i couldn't understand what she was telling me over the phone. And they must have missed it from the last people in the room or even before that because we never did anything except shower and lay in bed and watch TV.

Disliked: the property was filthy. the mattresses has pee and blood stain all over. water stains on the ceiling, mysterious stains on the bed frame, bug and bug eggs everywhere
