Very good

Liked: Clean rooms. Washroom looked new. It was quiet. It offered a decent breakfast.
Disliked: Mattress was too soft for my liking. If staff are a bit more knowledgeable with tourist attractions in Kamloops instead of saying “oh im not sure. I have not been.”

Liked: The gal that checked us in was amazing. Some people really stand out for being friendly. This woman has great customer service skills. The hotel is very clean

Liked: Breakfast was very good. Staff were very accommodating. Late checkin allowed. I wouldnt say beds were the best.
