Disliked: Blanket for sofa bed was filthy.Room wasn’t cleaned/serviced.Staff didn’t seem customer focused…made excuses, no apologies. I’ve received better service in a 2 star motel.

Liked: Only thing I like it was 6 minutes from our event the bed pillows I had six pillars that look like they ran out of air just ridiculous staff members was never at the front desk going or coming with the Levi keys just on the desk when we left out
Disliked: I didn't like anything the toilet look like it haven't been cleaned in 3-4 years the shower wasn't clean it had mildew stains couldn't even see inside the shower if the shower doors are so stained up I went to the store and bought toilet bowl cleaner and Lysol to try to clean up the bathroom myself so you tell me if I had a good stay

Disliked: I left about two hours after booking because some barefooted woman was trying to get into the rooms on my floor. Beyond that the room was dirty when I got there, with Kleenex stuffed into the peephole and vomit or worse on the wall in the bathroom. This was abysmal and the property did not assist me in rectifying the issue or refunding me. This place should be condemned.
