We were very grateful to...

Liked: The breakfast had variety, and the food was well done. The hostess for the breakfast today (7/20) was really excellent. We thought the price for the two nights was really reasonable, especially for the excellent accommodations.
Disliked: The treadmill in the exercise room was a little hard to operate. When I went for help, the kind gentleman at the check-in desk (on 7/20 at 7:15 A.M.) came and got it operating for me! He was most cheerful!

Liked: The room was clean and organized. Nice sized refrigerator and microwave.
Disliked: Only ice machine was on the 1st level. The pool was closed for repair.

Fix or let customer know...

Liked: WIFI went down so my confirmation would not show. Waited for over hour after driving 11 hours.
Disliked: WIFI went down so my confirmation would not show. Waited for over hour after driving 11 hours. The pool nor hot tub work which is why l chose the hotel in first place. Last. I had to take video of spots on the floor to ensure l wouldn't be charged since they take $100 deposit for room damage. Fix all that it would been great. This time YOU SUCKED
