Disliked: no service on the 4 floor at all

Disliked: Room was dirty, there was literally food in corners and in the hall in front of the door it looked like shredded cheese and food crumbs. Wall by AC falling apart. Bathroom floor was dirty, counter was dirty and there was a bug in the floor. Listing on Booking.com says fitness center but I don’t think there was one-if there was I never found it.

Liked: The property was nice and the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The pool was closed so that was disappointing as that’s why we chose this hotel. It could have been a little cleaner and breakfast could use better accommodation for those with allergies.

Liked: My stay was overall okay..
Disliked: The property wasn’t necessarily clean how i expected. The room coffee area still had left over sugar everywhere. The breakfast was ehh okay. The tea container had mold in it. Check out was at 11. I received a knock at the door then the associate proceeded to walk in. The associate did not give me enough time to even open the door. Quite rude if you ask me.

Overall I enjoyed my stay
