Liked: It was fine for the price and location.
Disliked: It had an old musty smell in the rooms, may have been the carpets. I had put my bags on the floor. when I returned home and unpack, I could still smell the same odor on my clothes.

Liked: Not one thing. It was filthy, had homeless people hanging in parking lot and living in hotel. Elevator not working. Pool closed. I booked 2 night but checked out after one and have yet gotten a refund for the second night. Take this off your booking site for real.
Disliked: Everything. Stay Away!!!!

Disliked: Ac in first room did not work had to tell guy at front desk 2 time and he had to come see for himself and had to move rooms and tv did not work right and ac did not work right so only stayed one night instead of 2. We use to love staying here not no more

Very nice and clean, great...

Liked: I loved the location brought my 2 year old and new born and felt safe. The area was quiet and not a lot of traffic it was ofc on the service road like. Hotel was really clean loved the big shower water was so hot and soothing loved the fact staff provided all Dove products the bathrooms that’s the only soap I use!!!! Staff was very polite and made sure me and my family was comfortable. Wish breakfast had a little more variety and hot not just cereal but it was fine for my daughter.
Disliked: Breakfast could of been more variety and hot foods

Liked: I called prior to booking about the pool and was told by Mary the pool was available. I wouldn’t have booked otherwise! Then I kept getting locked out my room and hotel! WE EVEN LOST POWER FOR A FEW HOURS WITHOUT ACCOMMODATION ! COULDNT EVEN GET A BLANKET
