The hotel hell show

Liked: The overnight lady at the front desk. Very attentive, understanding, and friendly.
Disliked: The day person was having a bad day and it showed. No hiding it whatsoever. Went up to the room and that?s when the real fun started. Only one elevator working and they were small so with social distancing it was one family at a time. Could?ve used the stairs, and I did for the rest of the stay, but wasn?t familiar with my surroundings yet. Got to the room, looked like it was to be nice because it was at the end of the hallway out of the way. Walked in. The lights in the bathroom weren?t working correctly so they had a bedside lamp next to the sink that was crackling like it was about to explode. The couch was stained and bed as shown in pictures and there was no tv. The bed also didn?t have a comforter on it. They must have been sharing tv?s because I called down and they said they would put one in there. I asked if I had to be in the room Nd they said no. I went out and get back a few hours later and there was still no tv. The lady at the front desk had to go find a tv and put one in the room. Pay the few extra bucks for a different hotel. Found one down the street for the next night and it was so much better. Super 8 by Wyndham also.

Beware

Liked: Staff was polite
Disliked: The room wasn?t ready two hours after check in time. The room I did receive was dirty, not a two bed as I requested. I was told there might not be a tv. After a brief walk around the room I requested a refund. The entire hotel seemed rundown and poorly managed/understaffed.

I will never return!!

Liked: There was no breakfast. The only thing I can say I liked was the location l since it was so close to the freeway and different food establishments.
Disliked: I was in room #216 and it smelled like smoke, I checked in with my 7 month old baby, I ended up spraying air freshener to ease the smell. I didn?t go and change rooms because my baby and I were so exhausted. After settling into the room I turned the tv on to only realize it didn?t work. Luckily I brought my iPad so I was able to hook up to the WiFi and watch tv. I love the location but because of the poor upkeep I will never return. I even noticed the potential customer or already existing customers were not wearing masks in the lobby area which is concerning due to the pandemic we are in right now.
