Disliked: I was to stay for one night for a medical appointment. When I arrived to check in I was told they needed another $60 for essentials. This is not mentioned anywhere on their website. I was told they let customers know when they check in. They would not waive and I wasn’t paying it. This is poor practice.

Bed bugs and injuries.

Liked: This hotel cares very little about customers' safety and isn't keeping the facilities safe and clean. Their outdoor loveseat broke while my boyfriend was sitting on it. He fell on his back and got hurt. The staff acted like nothing happened and didn't even ask once if he was okay. His $250 sunglasses broke on his fall. The hotel will not replace them. The owner will not speak with us about the complaint and just pretend we were invisible walking by. I also got bed bug bites there. Didn't bother with another accident report. They obliviously don't care. Broken tiolet seat, double charged my card etc is nothing compared to the injuries and bed bugs.
