We had a very nice...

Liked: The room was comfortable and large enough to stay for 5 nights while at High Point market plus the shuttle service picked us up. The manager was more than nice and very helpful when we needed something and always smiling. Our air conditioner was replaced without question and worked great, the installers friendly and quick. It was a very nice stay.
Disliked: We knew the breakfast was continental but I think the option for toast or a bagel would be nice.

Fine for an overnight when...

Liked: Location was convenient for what we needed; there are 1-2 restaurants walkable and a plethora that are a very short drive away. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: The facility needs updating; the lobby has been updated but the that's where it ended. The elevator was a mix-mash of old warm honey gold tones and modern gray-wash flooring with peeling molding; it was an obvious fix and looked terrible. The room itself gave me "Honeymoon in the 80s" vibes: the jetted sunken tub with mirrored sliding door directly into the sleeping area and the in-room fireplace. The sliding tub door didn't even close properly so water would have splashed out into the carpeted sleeping area if you showered. The TV high above the fireplace, making it not an ideal height for watching. The fridge was small and fridge only, not a mini built in freezer like most I see (couldn't refreeze our ice packs for the our cooler).

Liked: lots of amenities available, breakfast, refrigerator, tv, chair, extra space, etc. GREAT shower pressure
Disliked: could use a little touching up in bathrooms
