Disliked: Really needs to be updated...window was open and could not be closed also water leak spots on ceilings. Just looks to be 1 night stay property for sure.

Disliked: I didn't like the indian woman that was at the front desk the morning of the 23 between 8am-3pm. She was very rude. She called me early in the morning yelling because we didn't fill out a checkout time from a link they sent. When I indeed extended check for both of my rooms to 3pm. Even though I was verified to do so, she SCREAMED AT ME SAYING DONT I EVER DO THAT AGAIN. Fast forward . My family is in the pool and there were no more pool towels on the cart. I went upstairs to get the towels out of the room. However housekeeping had not replaced our just yet. So I went to her again at the front desk, and she had a attitude and responded smartly all 1 have is 1 towel you'll have to get one down the hall. I tell her there no towels on the cart she say ouuu wow no towels huh. Eventually after my family and i standing there dripping wet she went and grab some towels for us... Other than HER they stay was pleasant. Absolutely LOOOOOOOOVEd the girl who came on at 3p-11 pm she was a blessing!
